Born in the bustling bars of Barcelona, Madrid and Seville, tapas are tiny plates built for sharing, sipping and lingering – crispy potatoes, garlicky prawns, croquettes, olives, cheese, all arriving in happy little waves.

You don’t “have dinner”, you tapear – hop from bar to bar, a drink and a small plate at each stop, collecting stories (and crumbs) as you go.
For Nommaste Mini – Tapas Edition, we’re bottling that Spanish bar-hopping magic and pouring it straight into a Mumbai night – small plates, big conversations, zero rush.
